The Technician was born in the early eighties (20th century) in a town in the Northern Aegean region of Western Anatolia. He went to various schools, took courses and developed interests and hobbies. As follows;

Barak loved birds, thought about sublime subjects such as theology, and he had a nomadic spirit, he always tried to see beyond the horizon. It has been witnessed that he transcended time in his dreams many times.

While designing BaraqWeb, the tecnician generally focused on his topics of interest. He created the information infrastructure and database by taking the summary that is useful and useful in every subject.

Barak Security Department (BSD) It is the consciousness, strategy and idea generation center of BaraqWeb.

BSD generally operates in the background, and its achievements are rarely visible or demonstrable.

BSD acts in accordance with the purpose of the subject it works on and its own sublime philosophy. It is fast, precise, innovative and does its job with accuracy and objective perspective.

BSD makes predictions and forecasts on economic, social, political, military, geographic, biographical, transportation and communications, scientific and technical, cyberspace and information matters. BSD's core business is forecasting and prediction.

Just as it does in statistical analyses, BSD proceeds by establishing hypotheses in its strategic analyses and presents the results and interpretations of the hypotheses it establishes as Strategic Assessment Reports (SAR).
